"Spa was dysfunctional and not highlighted on property listing. I could have booked another hotel, if I was told earlier. "

"Pullman is clean, restaurants nearby and right next to Brussels MIDI train station. Staff was kind and attentive. "

"Decent place for a very short stay. Amenities look pretty old and worn out (our heater was visibly rusting). The staff are not always present especially after 8pm so if you have a problem, there’s no one to talk to. The hotel is in a sort of industrial area so not there’s no much to do/see in walking distance but it’s not to far from the city centre(15 mins bus ride from gare du midi). Overall decent place."

"Picked this hotel purely for its location directly opposite the Eurostar terminal, but now will always stay here when visiting Brussels. The staff were lovely and really helpful, and while the area doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, the station has shops and cafes - and youre just one stop away (about €2.50) from the heart of this truly amazing city. There is a hotel bar - and a cool, local bar SAS, next door."

"City sites within walking distance. Good hotel amenities: kitchen, fridge, public bathroom, luggage storage, benches and chairs to sit on. Staff available to help with bookings and clarify misunderstandings. "

"Our superior family room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable pull out and main bed. Only complaint about the room was there was no conditioner and the shampoo was terrible. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. So many choices!! Overall a great stay. "
