「Bad: Some equipment did not work at arrival. Handyman did not come during weekend and we stay here without air conditioning for three days. Telephone did not work at all. Good: Room is large enough for family, and location is very good. I will stay again only if Hotel management improve their communication and customer services. 」

「This is typical European apartment.」

「Cool」

「The address of the property was wrongly mentioned on Expedia. I had to search for an hour to find the property. The number of the host on Expedia was going to voicemail. So no way of reaching them and they were not replying to messages as well. Upon reaching the property, the door was locked and I finally got a response from someone managing the property that they don't have an apartment ready and will take time to ready one. I was able to check-in into the apartment at 7 PM whereas the...

「No worries for WIFI. There is elevator inside building for only 2 people can ride. Also there is stairs. You have to get the door pass code in advance. At the front door of apartment, you can push the code then you can come inside. If you have problem about passcord, kind officer can be support you.」
