「The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled...

「This is perfect for a couple if you’re not needing to cook meals besides using a microwave and having a refrigerator. The hot tub is set up well with privacy fence. We could hear the people living in the main house, but it wasn't disruptive. We enjoyed staying here and visiting the area.」

「Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block.」
