「Loved this little property. Great location and just steps away from the beach and close some really great restaurants! The cottage was very clean and just perfect for 1 person or a couple. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back for another stay! 」

「When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. 「Nice property,short walk to river about 60 seconds. Great fishing. Big oak tree shaded deck as described. Interior nice and cozy. Will definitely return.」

「The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again!」

Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. 「Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access.
