We could not have asked for a better place for our group of 13. The bathroom situation is solid with all 4 rooms being accessible via the main room. Large alligators and raccoons came very close to the boat. Six adults and two children. Close to New Orleans but very quiet and relaxing area with great views from all the decks. 「We had a 20 year college roommate reunion and this property was perfect for the 6 of us. It had a fantastic layout, roof deck and a common pool area which was great to relax in. The neighbor hood is great as well and only a 5-10 minute cab into the French Quarter. I'd come back!」

「Super well appointed. Plenty of space for 6 people, close enough to all the activities but far enough that it felt like we could truely decompress at the end of the night. There’s a trolly 3 blocks away but don’t count on using it, it was completely full every time we tried to- however it was spring break so that may have contributed to the crowdedness. Overall, everything was really great. The rooftop deck was all of our favorite part. 」
