    The first floor has a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and 2 bed rooms.

    The second floor has main living room with half bathroom, full kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom with full bathroom attached.

    The third floor has a den area, 2 bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom attached.

    The fourth floor has a private outdoor rooftop and indoor half bathroom.

    Guest Access:
    Guest have full access to the entire private suite. There is ample parking available on the blvd surrounding the property.

After being left in a bind by another company we were so thankful to find this property. They worked with us at the last minute and were so wonderful. The property was great! It had everything we need was clean and centrally located.

The property was perfect for our needs. Location incredible. The only issue is there are not rails for the stairs at the entry. One of the travelers had a little difficulty.

Very clean. Great location. Great for a celebration with up to 10 people. Plenty of towels. Plenty of space. Quiet. Short walk to trolly. If you think you might use the kitchen, supplies are a tad low. No kitchen linens or food storage. There is a keurig type coffee maker with few supplies and a small coffee pot. If having your own culinary comforts is important to you, then plan ahead. But otherwise this space was absolutely perfect for put event.

We stayed at this villa for my bachelorette weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt so modern and luxurious. The layout was great for our group of nine—it gave us plenty of space to hang out together but also room to relax on our own. The hosts were wonderful—super responsive and accommodating with all my plans and questions. It truly made the weekend stress-free and special. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Great location,Great property close to trolley line

The property is great place for a group,we had 3 couples staying and we each had our own apartment space which was great..contacted the host the day before and asked could i check in earlier than the checkin time which he allowed us to come in 2hrs early which was a tremendous help.we enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to returning soon
