The second one is romantic cozy style with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and leaving room with extandable sofa. Accomodation is available totally for 20 people. All are with a breathtaking ocean and mountain view with 2 swimming pools (outdoor and heated indoor). Our villas was built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet area. The villa is just 5 min drive from Puerto de La Cruz town and has plenty of things to offer, in addition - easy access roads, TF5 motorway, shopping areas as well as all other services are minutes away by car; big supermarkets are just 5 min walking distance. LA PERLA EXOTICA has an ideal position to enjoy it all.
Villa LA PERLA EXOTICA has it all - 2 private pools, one outdoor pool overlooking the ocean while surrounded by palm trees, Japanese roses etc.; another indoor heated pool in an exotic private ambience of warm and delicate lighting, a real volcanic stone wall and a pool bar.

While enjoying your time in VILLA PERLA you are to be surrounded by lush, green, Canarian gardens including many palm trees, Japanese roses and many other Canarian floral species - a short walk through the gardens will allow you to discover charming spaces such as our small private chapel inside the property or you can sit on many of the traditional benches within the property surrounded by palm trees or among roman and exotic sculptures.

VILLAS PERLA EXOTICA has been built on 1 floor without architectural barriers for your mobility. The living rooms are designed with large windows giving direct access to the outdoor pool area, a spacious entrance hall with an extra toilette and a spacious independent kitchens with top quality appliances and fittings.

Smart TVs in each room and a reliable and fast Wi-fi connection installed throughout the house with wi-fi coverage in gardens and pool areas as well.

The villas welcomes you with an automatic gate at the entrance of the property, and plenty of parking space to easily accommodate 20+ cars. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with large beds and mattresses of top quality and comfort.
