"This was our fourth trip to LBI, and our first staying at Spray Beach. Loved the location. Plenty of parking on site. The amenities like complimentary beach chairs and boogie boards made packing much easier than going to other locations. Any problems we faced were quickly remedied by the attentive staff. Would highly recommend. "

"The owner really needs to invest in some basic upkeep.The outside property was overgrown and had garbage laying around as if the place was vacant for months.Inside the kitchen has ants, both bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains.The grill had no gas (3 empty tanks) and was left a complere mess.All of this can easily be rectified with thorough cleaning and basic upkeep."
