"Great place! Just what we needed for our family. Location is a plus, close to the beach, nice easy walk. Short drive to shops and restaurants, very walkable if you re so inclined. Nice clean accommodations. Owner is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions we had. Also, being pet friendly is huge for us. Hope to be repeat guests. Thanks to our wonderful hosts."

"Luke was an amazing host, he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The property was very nice, and in a great location. We enjoyed going to Wawa every morning for coffee & tea. We stayed with three young children and it was very nice to have everything on one level. We had an initial concern with the live music at Terrace Tavern being too loud for our family, but Luke assured us we would be fine, and he was 100% right. The home was very sound proof from one room to the other, and I mean that in the best way possible. We also did not realize there was a Bay side beach down our street on the other side of the Blvd. That was a nice reprieve from the actual beach with three little ones. My only thing to advise (with lugging kids supplies to and from the beach and wanting to be near a lifeguard) is that the beach access on Delaware Ave. does not have a lifeguard, but the access one street over on Maryland Ave. does. Overall our stay was great, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Everything about the house was as advertised, and then some. Clean rooms, and plenty of them, spacious living area, great kitchen, along with three spacious decks if you feel like hiding from the sun a bit. Quiet. Wonderfully quiet. Bay side is the way side. Close to everything. If you want to walk, fine. Acme and Fantasy Island are not a long drive if that’s what you want.Great house, great value, and Patty is a great host."
