Steps downstairs weren’t proper step width they were dangerous. The shower head was spraying everywhere as is broken, Reviews said it quiet however they aren’t quiet, being below the ground we heard the underground trains everytime they came into a nearby station and it would vibrate the whole room. We eventually got to sleep at 1am and was woken again at 6. The cleaners were outside the rooms banging around and talking extremely loud disturbing us. Fans were full on dust Rooms were damp. Explained to staff and nothing was done
