Avoid

The host was not responsive to messaging through the app as well as calling him. We never were able to stay at this property. I had booked it in March and we were due to stay in July and was not able to get a hold of the host, despite numerous ways of trying. VRBO was so helpful in helping me get started with a refund and they even tried to contact the host. Avoid this host.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Was not able to stay as reserved due to the host not providing the access instructions and was unreachable by me or VRBO assistance. Was not a fan of VRBO saying that they couldn't refund my money or help me make a change to the reservation until check in time, which was an hour after I landed in London after a 9 hr flight. I sat at the airport with my family working through this issue instead of having a place to drop luggage off and start enjoying our vacation.
