Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The front door lock opened once, after several minutes of jiggling, and we were never able to lock it again after opening it once. Despite daily requests to resolve the issue the host never showed up to deal with the problem, forcing us to leave the room unsecured when we were not there, in the same space that a restaurant’s workers have access to. A fire alarm fault beeped throughout our five day stay, sometimes once a minute, but for most of the time every five seconds, forcing us to sleep with earplugs in. Again the host took no noticeable action to try to resolve the issue in spite of daily requests to do so. Hopefully there is never a fire from one of the restaurant kitchens directly below the apartment, because the only exit is straight down six narrow flights of filthy stairs and, again, the fire alarm faults went unheeded by the host. I can not in good conscience recommend that anybody who cares for their life stay here. The neighborhood was nice though.

L’appartement est au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur. Les photos de l’annonce sont conformes à la réalité de l’appartement. Les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont de bonne qualité. Le lit est assez petit pour un lit double. Nous avons eu l’alarme incendie qui a fait un bib durant tout notre séjour.La société qui devait venir n’est toujours pas arrivée pour éteindre. La nuit on l’entendait moins avec les 2 portes fermées.La cuisine est assez petite et la table pour 4 est réduite.L’appartement est idéalement situé proche des bus et métro et trains.À conseiller si vous ne mesurez pas plus d’1m80 car les portes sont basses.Bonnes vacances pour avoir séjourné 5 jours à Londres.
