「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「I was billed for parking , although I did not park at the location. Luckily I caught this error and it took multiple days to get reimbursed for this mistake. It is concerning, that this is happening to others.」

「I have stayed at this property for several trips. The facility is attractive, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the manager, Tina, who is professional and accommodating.」

「No」

「Very reasonable. Located in a quiet area and it was good for family vacation.」

「Enjoyed our stay」

「Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have always stayed at The Boulders when in the area before, but opted for this place instead this time due to a terrible experience at The Boulders last time. Much cleaner, friendlier, and well-supplied than The Boulders (whose major redeeming quality is the spa) and service is impeccable. Love the balconies and Carefree is a nice little town with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.」

「Big room. Swimming pool is amazing」

「Everything was very good,However big cockroach was so bad!」

「Ok」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the rooms were super new and clean with a very comfy bed. The swimming pool and pool side service from Nicole was fantastic and the breakfast from Helen was very tasty and worth the add-on. Highly recommend.」
