「Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. 「We spent a superb week at this outstanding unit. Location couldn’t be better, close to Medano Beach and many restaurants. The unit is exactly as described. Booking was seamless. Property Manager Kristen was always accessible as was Rodrigo, the local contact. Security at the gate by Carlos and Arturo, so helpful and knowledgeable. 「The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. 」

「We stayed a week here. Really quick walk to marina and the beach. Quick walk to Walmart for odds and ends as well. Really just a great location. Room was clean upon arrival and check in was an easy process. The hospitality of the staff here is excellent. They would always ask how things were going and if we needed anything. 「初めてオールインクルーシブに泊まりました。沢山デザートを食べれて満足しました。ただ店員は、チップ込なのでやってもやらなくても一緒のためか、すすんで働こうという意思が欠けていました。注文を取りに来るのも、料理も、レシートを持ってくるのも遅い。注文を必死に取る必要もないので、あまり目が合うことがなく、呼ばないと来ない。海は波が荒く泳げません。お寿司は美味しいものを食べたいならDaikokuなどの日本食レストランに行った方が美味しいです。」
