「The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. 「We live in Spain and visit Andorra regularly, I’m so glad our usual hotel was full as we found a real gem here. We were made to feel most welcome, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Our dog was welcome too which makes all the difference. We are looking forward to returning!」

" I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. Regarding the room, fridge, hair dryer and bath tub are inside the room. This hotel provides bottled water. I think it's a good service for hiking vistors. I hope the visitors enjoy the spa after the hiking. The pool itself is small, but there are dry sauna and mist sauna. When you use the pool, you ask the staff at the entrance of the spa room. They give you a towel and guide to the dressing room. If you want to use a coin locker, you have to bring a 2euro coin. Don't forget."
