"The check in process is 100% self service through a kiosk. It’s not very user friendly and when you call for assistance the staff is not very nice or helpful. The air conditioner in our apartment wasn’t working when we checked in, they told us we needed to wait until the next day for someone to come look at it."

"This hotel is located literally 15 steps from Los Ramblas in the Gothic Quarter. Barely 2 blocks from the Bouqueria. The hotel has a very peaceful garden with a bar for some afternoon breaks in the tourist stuff. The staff was incredibly helpful and made dinner recommendations within a few minutes from the hotel. Both were excellent. Terrific place would return any time! "
