The entire staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. Our junior suite, the spa, outdoor pool and dining options were spectacular. All this surrounded by the phenomenal, natural beauty of Andorra and our stay was just perfect. We will be back again.

Dining options were excellent and this hotel is likely great during ski season. In the summer it was very quiet (potentially good) and seemed a bit dusty overall. Staff were excellent. Shocking for a hotel this highly regarded, most rooms, perhaps all, lack air conditioning. Makes sense for their busy period of ski season, but in August was very hot in the room. The door to the balcony of our upgraded junior suite lacked any screens - we were warned by staff of the insects outside. There were no windows that opened or doors that were screened. Staff kindly brought in a large Dyson fan which was a small improvement.

One of the best

Amazing stay at one of the best hotels in the world. The staff and level of service is at the best level I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was just another breathtaking experience and what a view while you eat. The one downfall is the food is lunch, dinner and snacks are so expensive that it makes you go elsewhere. And other then the Japanese restaurant which our friends said was very good on taste, my experience with the other onsite restaurants was the food wasn’t great. But in saying that we are definitely coming back.
