Hôtel situé juste à côté de Caldea et proche du centre ville, chambre propre et spacieuse, petit-déjeuner buffet copieu. Seul bémol parking de seulement 10 places pour 90 chambres... donc pas le choix que de se garer sur le parking exterieur de la ville TRES cher

Muy bien todo, hotel que está muy bien ubicado y calidad precio excelente. Lo único que veo que pudiera mejorar a mi parecer es la cena, es un menú a la carta en la que hay 3 primeros y 3 segundos para escoger, a un precio de 23 euros por persona un lunes, creo que se puede ofrecer algo más de variedad, he perdido unos tortelinis con salsa napolitana que estaban bien y de segundo secreto a la brasa, me han puesto un trocito de secreto bastante pequeño con unas patatas fritas de bolsa que vienen congeladas las cuales la mitad estaban crudas y 2 trocitos de pimiento. Creo que necesita mejorar el restaurante.

Un séjour tout à fait normal… La normalité était suffisante pour nous. Nous ne recherchions pas l’exceptionnel. D’ailleurs, nous avions, il y a deux ou trois ans, séjourné dans votre hôtel… Petite anecdote, il n’y avait pas de balais-brosses dans les toilettes ! ! ! Normal ? ? ?

Expensive for what it is

We had a half board - breakfast was ok and dinner was interesting - 3 course meals - dessert and starters are always superb but main is a bit touch and go - the meat can be too dry without sauce and lack of vegetables. Bed is comfy but there are sign of aging in the bathroom and I can see surface dust. Housekeeping didn’t replenished used toiletries. Also no swimming pool - which is a shame. Caldea is located opposite the holder but too expensive for what it is.

Très bon hôtel . Bien placé pour Andorre la Vieille, Caldea, les boutiques . Pour les randosil faut prendre la voiture . Nous avions la demi pension et c’est très bon avec un service rapide et précis.

Très déçu

Février 2025 : une chaleur insoutenable dans les chambres sans possibilité de modifier ni la température ni de passer de chauffage à climatisation. Nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec toutes les nuisances sonores d’un centre ville. Touristes français : comme par hasard parking de l’hôtel plein et on nous invite à aller au parking à côté à 25€/ jour. Extrêmement déçu par cet hôtel qui est pourtant bien noté et qui n’est quand même pas donné. Pour venir tous les ans dans différents hôtels, celui ci, nous n’y reviendrons plus.

Pas de service client, hôtel très mal isolé.

Service client médiocre, pas même un bonjour quand vous rentrez dans l'hôtel. Chambres qui ne sont pas insonorisés, impossible de dormir après 8h le matin. Entre le personnel de nettoyage bruyant dans les couloirs et les bruits de résonnances... Hôtel très chère pour la prestation. Le chauffage dans les chambres n'est pas réglable.

El hotel cómodo,limpio tranquilo,el servicio de comedor genial los desayunos y cenas geniales, lo malo es que dependes de plazas de garaje porque no hay plazas libres en Andorra,pero las que tiene el hote son baratas , céntrico y para ir con niños pequeños sin problemas ,lo único que deberían tener una cafetería ya serían los mejores
