「The room was very clean and was very happy to see the tea kettle clean. 」

「An elegantly appointed fairly formal country house in a beautiful rural setting, not far from a tiny small village. The rooms are comfortable and the hosts provide a great breakfast. Access to and from the property from the A roads was interesting to say the least. Single lane “roads” for the 2 miles either side of the property require a fair degree of both caution and concentration. Some parts will barely allow a car to pass. That said, it is worth the trip. Just do it slowly!」

「Lovely well maintained modern rooms with sparkling bathroom and plenty of hot water for great shower. Nice to see eco facilities. Breakfast and dinner were superb and akin to gastro pub quality and generously portioned. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we visit family in the area. Staff were friendly and accommodating at all times.」

「Staff uniforms were filthy and the floors were covered in food. Owner didn't greet with a smile nor was very friendly. There were broken ornaments on display. Shower door was broken and didn't close properly and the shower itself was a dribble of water. Im glad it was onky for one night!」

「Lovely hotel, beautiful inside. staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay」

「We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen.」

「Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. The location was disappointing as we pulled up to the hotel gates in a housing estate (our expectation was a countryside hotel). Also one of the skylight blinds was broken in our room and left a gaping hole of bright light into the room which...

「I’m booking the staff were very helpful helped me with parking. I’m very pleasant. The only issue I have is that the Room did not have a fridge that would be nice to have to keep your drinks cold apart from that everything else was perfect.」
