Stayed for one night for my wife’s birthday and we had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Angeline in the spa, who was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything you want from a member of staff at your hotel. Bonnie and Ffion in the restaurant were very personable and gave us a great service. Food in the steak house was incredible, breakfast was lovely too. It’s a beautiful building and the room was huge. I would highly recommend Lanelay for a relaxing weekend.

We came to Lanelay Hall for a family Xmas do. The Hotel was stunning, the food fantastic and the service amazing. Ffion and the Resturant staff were friendly giving impecable service and very accommodating to all our needs. As a family we are very grateful to all the staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel is wonderful, excellent food. Spa is brilliant. Staff are helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to visit near by. We are staying again in December.

Room was decorated for our 20th anniversary the staff were amazing the food / steak was 10/10 from the kitchen and the waiters service amazing we couldn’t of asked for a better day we will be booking to go back very soon thank you the property is also incredible

Lanelay Hall is a beautiful hotel. The decor, the ambience and the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff in all areas are warm and welcoming. The restaurant was a fabulous experience with very impressive food. We also had some of the best cocktails we have ever had with the mixologist taking time to explain the ones on offer. It is nestled amongst an estate of new houses but once inside you feel like you are miles from anywhere and the spa adds even more relaxation options. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The property was a calm, inviting base with fantastic spa facilities and mouth watering menus, even on my first night when the restaurant wasn’t open but ate in the comfortable bar area. My bedroom was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you would need in a bedroom/ensuite.

We stayed at Lanelay Hall on 07 December and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hall looked beautiful with its festive Christmas decorations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our Deluxe King room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally immaculate. A lovely touch was the welcome card and petite fours, which made us feel valued as returning guests. After settling in, we enjoyed some time in the bar/lounge. It’s a relaxed setting with stylish décor and an inviting fireplace – perfect for unwinding. There was a good range of drinks at reasonable prices, and the service was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight. Despite being very busy, we were seated promptly and the food was outstanding, just as we remembered. After a few more drinks, we headed back to our room for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Lanelay Hall offers a wonderful combination of comfort, great service, and excellent dining. We look forward to returning again soon.
