"Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. "1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!"
