「Room was not ready at check in. One room Offered had visible mold on the ceiling pulled back the sheet and a big ball of hair was in the bed」

「We stayed at the Hyatt in Lake Mary for about three days. When we arrived to check in, we waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes before anyone was available to assist us. Once the front desk representative arrived, she apologized for the wait and explained that she was handling multiple responsibilities—working the front desk, tending the bar, and even preparing food for guests. Despite having so much to manage, she was extremely polite, helpful, and checked us in very quickly....

「2基あるエレベーターのうち一つが故障していて不便でした。 スタッフは親切丁寧で良かったと思います。」
