「This Inn is very comfortable and unique. Lots of history. The continental breakfast was better than average. The quiche was outstanding. Julie is very attentive and helpful. The hotel in right in the Downtown so you can walk around and get lunch, dinner, shop, get a drink, listen to live entertainment. The place is old so you need to accept the imperfections but all that it has to offer outweighs the imperfections. 」

「I loved the decoration and the beach boutique hotel feeling. Staff were friendly . The view was amazing and it had an easy access to the beach . We would love to come again. Next time we’ll be more careful about the difference between beach front and beach view rooms because the photos look alike ..」

「This is a lovely inn close to downtown. There are shops an restaurants close by, as well as a nice park on the river. The room met expectations, staff was very welcoming, and breakfast was delicious! We would stay again if we are in the area. 」

「I was just disappointed, I thought we had a claw tub in our room according to the internet and called to get some bath salts. I also called and asked about bathrobes. On the phone they were all helpful but the room had been recently upgraded and the claw tub was gone, no bath salts, no bathrobes. Wish the staff had just said we don’t do that so downgraded one star.」

「Quaint and clean, well-appointed, with friendly owners and staff. Great location with an easy walk to downtown. Pool and hot tub were a bonus. We had a lovely stay. 」

「We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!」
