"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean. This home had a beautiful view. of the lake, it was breathtaking. The only suggestion I have for the Owner is to clean the patio furniture. We couldn’t fully enjoy sitting out on the balcony because the furnitures were dirty. But besides that this is a very nice home to rent."

"This is a beautiful home at the top of Incline Village, nestled among tall pines at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a fabulous partial view of the lake. The home is clean and comfortable. Having a garage is really nice as well. The three downstairs bathrooms all have been recently remodeled with high-end fixtures and finishes - very luxurious! The kitchen is a bit dated, but plenty functional and well-equipped. I didn't really eat-in and took advantage of local dining options. The refrigerator is new and very nice. Same model as I have at home, lol. One thing for me - and everybody is different, but the king mattress in the primary suite didn't work for my back, so I felt like Goldilocks when I switched to a different bedroom the second night with a mattress that was more my style. (I have a firm latex European Sleepworks mattress at home which has a unique way of cushioning.) Just thought I'd let other guests know that there are plenty of beds in the house and there's probably one that fits your needs. Fortunately, the hot tub the next morning really helped my back. The sauna in the evening helped me relax before bedtime and I scored higher than usual sleep scores on my Fitbit app. The Wi-Fi is fast and easy and I was able to get some work done as needed. There's a hiking trail right outside the door that has amazing views. All in all a wonderful break from the daily routine."
