「As Novotel's go, this one is a great example. Rooms are modern and comfortable, good enough breakfast and staff friendly. Only bad thing (not affecting me), was a colleague who accidentally booked his room twice, was refused a refund - despite calling minutes later.」

「Hannover中央駅から、市電にて直通、最寄りの駅から徒歩5分くらい。 施設は綺麗で、フロントの方も親切。 聞き取れなくても、再度ゆっくり説明してもらえました。 部屋はキッチン付きなので、冷蔵庫あり。近くのスーパーで食料品調達可能。 コスパもいいし、また利用したいホテルです。」
