Perfect location/walking distance to both the city and the Hans von Heidel arena which was the reason for our stay. Rooms were nice. My brothers room had a light that couldnt turn off but at least be dimmed and my mothers rooms minibar didnt cool, but not big problems at all. Nice staff. This would be a hotel we will book again if going to Hannover another time.

Die Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Maschseefest war super. Das Zimmer war riesig, schön und sauber. Frühstück habe ich nicht getestet, aber es gibt Kaffee am Morgen. Parkgarage ist top.

Wir haben uns rund um Wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, das Zimmer war wirklich angenehm, das Personal gut drauf und top informiert. Im Foyer stehen Kaffee, Tee und andere Getränke zur dauerhaften Verfügung. Das Gym hat glaub ich 24 Stunden offen und eine Sauna gibts auch. Hab ich aber beides nicht ausprobieren können, da ich keine Zeit hatte. Ich mag, dass es die Zimmerreiniung nur auf Bitten gibt, nichts ist nerviger, als eine Reinigungsfrau morgens während du noch schläfst an deiner Tür. Die Bar öffnet um 18 Uhr täglich. Getränke in der Minibar sind kostenfrei (Einmalig jedenfalls) Zum Hotel gehören zwei Katzen, welche dort gehalten werden. Andere Hotels der Kette haben andere Tiere. Frühstück hab ich nicht probiert. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie Bäcker, dass es nicht nötig war. Die U-Bahn_station Schlägerstraße ist nahezu direkt vor der Tür (40 m entfernt) und dadurch ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am HBF Hannover. Gern wieder. Empfehlenswert.

Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Sex Utensilien im Tresor Schrank und Nachttische verschmiert. Nach Reklamation am nächsten Tag sauber. Couch hatte ca 5 cm Riss, Vorhang Löcher. Bei früheren Besuchen waren die Zimmer ok.

Die Unterkunft war super! Schön groß, soweit aufgeräumt und sauber (bis auf einen einzigen ominösen Fleck in der Ecke der Dusche). Das Personal war super lieb, die Bar ist schick und hatte an unserem Abend extrem lange geöffnet und der Saunabereich sah sehr schön aus! (Konnten ihn jedoch leider nicht nutzen, weil die Öffnungszeiten für uns nicht gepasst hatten) Gerne wieder!
