Great hotel just a few minutes walk from the Hannover train station. Excellent staff. Large room. Comfortable bed, but miserable pillows. Close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Fabulous 3 days in Hannover

This hotel was outstanding. One block from the train, we were greeted with smiles. Room was ready. Lovely little bar with awesome cocktails. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. A bit pricey but so worth it in regards to being pampered.

Very convenient for our visit. Staff is nice and room was fine. Don’t like the half duvets but this is apparent common in Germany. The reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars isn’t really their fault. There were loud concerts and a parade during our stay that our room just reverberated from the noise. Impossible to nap. Luckily it ended after we retuned from dinner. We had dinner one night @Marys. Not bad but certainly not excellent by nyc standards. But close to nyc prices. The breakfast was good and we had a lovely server named Gabby. Good luck in your studies!

Overpriced and rude check in staff member

Rude person at reception upon check in. Just seemed angry and annoyed overall. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a five star hotel. She implied breakfast was included in our room but then we were told at check out it wasn’t and had to pay an extra €62. This was also on top of the person who let us enter breakfast not saying we would be charged. Rest of the staff was nice, especially bartender and waitresses at breakfast. It’s a four star hotel and overpriced for that. Not a five star hotel and because of the breakfast issue we won’t be returning.
