EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel

"Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Greeted at the door by the doorman and helped unload our luggage and bring it to our room. They even parked our car for us. Room was perfectly maintained and the rooftop pool with the views was amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip in Lisbon."

"We had an amazing stay! The rooms were incredible, the breakfast was fab and the pool was great. Easy to get into the centre of town using the metro. Only thing they could improve is a few more vegan options at breakfast (like vegan yoghurts - this was only available one day I was there) however there was always some form of vegan milk available, and most days there was enough food to make a breakfast that was reasonably varied."

"If you need Halal or a pork free meal please ask. We ordered room service it was a black Angus burger. That is all it says on the menu however it was a bacon burger. The menus need to clearly state if the food has pork so people know what to ask for"

"The hotel is between satisfactory and good. It's at the lower end of what you'd expect from Radisson. The bed was really comfy, and I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But the cleanliness in public areas (elevators, and breakfast room) was surprisingly bad. Spills weren't cleaned up several times. There's a metro station about 8 mins walk away which is very useful."
