Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
The place was exactly how it was posted. It was clean, spacious and location made it accessible either walking or short drive to restaurants, museums, beach. The host provided all supplies in description. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Headline: DECEPTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE, NOT A 4-STAR RESORT This "Resort & Spa" is a total bait-and-switch. There is NO SPA and, NO BUSINESS CENTRE, NO PLAYGROUND, despite ALL being marketed as active. The "Grand Lobby" is a plywood tunnel served by OUTDOOR PORTA-POTTIES, a gross sanitation failure ...

Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa
Beautiful resort that is in need of a refresh. Rooms were clean but dated. Pool area very comfortable and no trouble finding chairs. Especially liked the adult pool with its own bar. Breakfast package was worth it. Great meal at Tide Pools. Would stay there again but please do a refurbish.
