「The property was great for our little getaway, our dog loved going in the water. We didn't have great weather but Doreen had the porch covered with a clear tarp and had the outdoor heaters on when we got there so we were able to enjoy the view. It was a short drive to Lexington which was perfect. Definitely would stay again.」

「This was our annual girls trip. We have 7 in our group and the Anchor House had plenty of bedrooms and plenty of space. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lovely view. We would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect!」

「Nobody all everything was as expected. No complaints. Cabin is not fancy but I knew that when I booked it and it's exactly what I expected. It has all the amenities you need including a portable air conditioner. If you want fancy go someone else but if you want something that works in budget-friendly here you go.」

「Property was amazing, although photos looked like you could walk directly down from the backyard to Lake Huron, which wasn’t the case. However, a short distance away there were stairs to get to the water. Accommodations can house a lot of guests but upstairs bedrooms get hot even with central air. Short drive into the town of Lexington & lost internet connection due to 4 th of July crowds. Outside property is expansive & was very quiet. Could use a thorough deep cleaning, windows, cobwebs...
