「We really enjoyed our stay. It definitely has a cottage feel and was decorated with a beach motif. Honestly very cute! Staff & housekeeping were extremely nice and very helpful. It's great to stay with family but if you want your own place to decompress, then this is it! This isn't a Marriott or Hilton but it is country fresh! If possible, get a room on the backside for quietness. 」

「The property was great for our little getaway, our dog loved going in the water. We didn't have great weather but Doreen had the porch covered with a clear tarp and had the outdoor heaters on when we got there so we were able to enjoy the view. It was a short drive to Lexington which was perfect. Definitely would stay again.」

「This was our annual girls trip. We have 7 in our group and the Anchor House had plenty of bedrooms and plenty of space. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lovely view. We would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect!」
