「I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.」

「Even though a non-smoking hotel, so many guests smoking outside, in front of the hotel meant you had to walk through a gauntlet of smoke and cigarette butts on the ground while trying to get in the hotel. That needs to be fixed. We drive an EV and the Tesla chargers were very convenient in the parking lot, for Tesla and non-Tesla (type 2 for non-Tesla). Breakfast was very disappointing. Continental breakfast with powdered eggs and unappetizing choices.」

「Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. 「Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...
