「Rien a redire, tout était parfait de la chambre au restaurant, au spa, hammam, sauna. Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et souriant et au petit soin , vraiment au top! En janvier le parking souterrain sera opérationnel ainsi que le soin massage. A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous attendait une collation avec un bien de Madère de 10 ans d'âge vraiment excellent 😁. Le petit déjeuner et variés puis présenté avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Nous y étions pour la semaine de Noël et même...

「The breakfast was lovely and varied, the room was clean and had a great view of the sea with a comfortable bed. The only thing I would change is the fact there was a cot in the room when we did not need one.」

「どこに行くのもロケーションが良い、部屋の広さ、設備とくにキッチンや料理道具、お皿やカトラリーが充実、スーパーで材料を買い料理出来ました。長く滞在していると外食にも飽きるので凄く良いです。 このホテルでは毎日色々な企画が有ります。お絵描き、ホテル内のツアー、お話会、ポルトガル語、アクアビクス等、、クローゼットも広くて使いやすかったです。朝食も種類が豊富シャンパンもありました。」

Parking à disposition à l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine au mois de novembre, par contre nous avons apprécié le sauna.」

「We have had the best five day stay at the hotel. The reception staff are simply amazing they even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and surrounding area. They have been so helpful, informative and generous, nothing was too much trouble. Sofia in particular helping us with our car hire needs.
