「While the resort grounds itself were beautiful, the staff and food were very lackluster. Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us.

「There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties.
