「Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...

「Very clean and as expected from the listing.」

「We held a family reunion of 14 people with dogs at the Mariner and had a wonderful time. The facility is very well equipped, the fenced yard great for dogs, and while "steps from the water" might be aggressive marketing it's not hard and the town of Northport is full of attractions. The Fears were good attentive hosts and Northern Michigan as a summer vacation spot is now legend in our family.」

「The view was peaceful & beautiful. It was nice to directly on the water. This home had everything we needed & more. 」

「The space was well appointed and needed items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets were all there. Family Fare grocery store is across the street for any foods items I needed. There was only one small ice tray, so buying bagged ice is required. Additional trays would have been nice. There is no outdoor space for sitting outside. Parking is very limited. A sign in the unit would be worthwhile to indicate where parking is allowed. Overall I enjoyed my stay.」

「Thank you so much for the accommodations. We had a great day. We will be back. Thanks again.!!」

We walked to the free Monday night movies, the Wednesday street vendor market, and the Friday morning farmers market. Short’s Brewing is only a half-mile walk for great beer and food trucks, and there are three beaches within a...
