The house was exactly as advertised and in a great location. The host provided great info regarding the house and local places to visit and eat. We were in town for a wedding and both my brother’s family and my family had a great time.
2nd year we've stayed here and we have nothing but good things to say. Love the proximity to everything in the suttons bay area and beyond. Host is great and place is perfected suited for a family.

Perfect stay for our annual family trip in northern MI
Wonderful place for our annual family vacation. Great location and place had everything we needed. Host was a great communicator and place was very clean. Would love to come back!
The best spot to stay when we come up to the Traverse City area! So much room in the house but it feels so cozy. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants and of course close to the wineries. This was our second stay here and will absolutely be back!
This was a wonderful place to stay in Sutton’s Bay. It was near the bike trail, nearby restaurants, beach, downtown & Moomers ice cream one block away! The house is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
Loved the location for our anniversary getaway. Perfect for our little family to walk downtown and drive to our favorite wineries close by. Very quiet cute neighborhood.
We had a great time staying at this home celebrating a milestone birthday! From the location and walk ability to town to the nicely sized living room, view of the bay from the front yard, it was great. Had plenty of room for our group. We would stay here again.
Enjoyed using this adorable cottage as "home base" while we visited the area with our siblings. Plenty of room for all of us and more than enough space in the living room and table to gather and play games.
We loved our stay in Suttons bay! The property was exactly as expected and very clean. The checkout instructions were more extensive than most places I’ve stayed, but overall it was a great stay!
Great location. Walkable into Sutton’s to restaurants and shops and close to all of our favorite wineries! House was clean and had everything that we needed for a great stay.
My husband and I travelled to Sutton’s Bay with two other couples and our dogs, to go on a snow shoe wine tasting adventure. Our accommodations were perfect for all of us and our host was quick to respond to our questions. Her home was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would definitely come bank again!
What a great place to stay with our family. Clean and comfortable with so much space to spread out and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just a short walk to downtown Sutton’s Bay. I love Sutton’s Bay. Such a beautiful town with lovely shops and really good restaurants. Will be visiting again soon.
Very solid and well maintained 100+ year old house is in perfect quiet Suttons Bay location. Walk to beach, bike on Leelanau Trail, rent a paddle board or bike, walk to Moomers ice cream stand, drive to winery, walk to restaurants, drive to wineries
We loved how the home was located so close to everything (especially the kids with the ice cream shop down the street). Everything was exactly as listed. We would definitely stay here again if we are traveling to this area.
Had a great stay for my birthday with close friends and our 1 year old! House was spacious, but still cozy. Bedrooms were comfortable, house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and more! Downtown Suttons Bay was so cute, we did a private wine tour and they were able to pick us up right at the house. Would absolutely stay here again!
