Guest Access:
Guests will be provided the code to the smart lock that accesses the garage which leads to the stairs. The stairs take you to the upper floors living area.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, but it's subject to availability and requires prior arrangement. We kindly request that you respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The private garage is for your use, providing convenient parking. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the townhouse. While we love pets, they are not allowed. The minimum age to rent this property is 22. We aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all guests. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions during your stay.
