「The young lady that checked us in was fine, however busy looking for what smelled like “burning electrical”… concerning …no smoke so we continued to check in. Getting to to the room…yeah that was a challenge…doorknob up..down…depends on which time you attempted. 「Convenient location and comfortable beds. Breakfast available.」

「We just had a wonderful weekend at Mount Dora. Our stay at Heron Cay was a most pleasurable experience.」

「Place , dirty under construction most guest are drug addicts and home less people good location but needs better management and needs better breakfast .」

「Convenient and safe location on the edge of The Villages and breakfast was good. Floors were dirty throughout and my door lock was broken, so had to move all my stuff to another room after I just got unpacked and was not offered any compensation.」

「I enjoyed staying at this authentic Floridian hotel, steeped in history and old-world charm. However, given the price point, I expected a little more luxury and refinement. A charming experience, but one that could be so much more.」
