「Stayed only for one night. Very clean and new which is what I most like. Cleanliness is the most important feature for me and it was excellent in both the room and bathroom, as well as in the corridors, reception and breakfast area. Breakfast was average. We arrived at 4:30 pm tired and had to wait half an hour for the king-bed room cause they weren’t clean yet which is why this hotel gets 4 stars within it’s category because I think it’s a poor organization when anything like that happens...

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and almost everything about my stay was disappointing. There was no hot water, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The room access card stopped working every day, forcing me to visit the reception desk repeatedly just to get back into my room. After 10:00 PM, there was no one at the reception desk, making it impossible to get help when problems occurred. The breakfast was very poor. There...
