「Nice room although smelled musty…」

「I have stayed at this motel many times over several years and have always enjoyed it. However this time I didn’t have any hot water. I had to take Luke warm showers at best and it was closer to cold. The worst part is when two motel staff knocked on our door. I didn’t answer at first because they didn’t state who they were. Finally on the fourth knock I opened the door only to have the man and woman accuse us of vomiting on the sheets and leaving the mess for them to clean up. They even showed...

「Was promised — and purchased — two breakfasts with each night’s stay. When we arrived, no breakfasts were provided (except for the first night). I don’t know — and don’t really care — if it was Expedia’s or the hotel’s fault. Both the hotel and Expedia lost a tremendous amount of goodwill with me. Bad bad business practices. If I ran my law firm in such a manner, I’d have no clients. Shameful . . .」

「more cookies lol」

「Buen precio, desayuno buenísimo, personal amable pero la limpieza un poco pobre y el agua de la ducha tenía como mal olor」

「Our room was large and comfortable. The home was beautifully with original woodwork and stained glass window. Breakfast was good and Angie was a great host, giving us some great dinner recommendations . We enjoyed our stay.」

「I booked Comfort Inn Pine Grove for a family stay, and a working pool was a major reason for choosing it. The pool was unavailable, and the treadmill also did not work. My calls to the front desk went unanswered. I checked out a day early, but Expedia told me the hotel declined my refund request. What should have been a relaxing family trip became hours of frustration and searching for another place to stay. Very disappointing.」

「Beautiful property. 2nd time staying here. Breakfast was awesome both days. Enjoyed playing pool, horseshoes, and relaxing in the pool. Rosalie and Craig were fantastic hosts. They gave us great advice for dinner. We will be back!」
