"We stayed at Villa Avia for 10 days in early September 2025 and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, and exactly as described. There is so much space, the bedrooms are lovely, all with an ensuite and electric blinds to give full black out at night if you prefer that. Nikos and Mario were wonderful hosts, very attentive. They responded to our questions, however foolish, within minutes. The pool was glorious and the bikes were a wonderful addition, not to mention the very pretty terrace...

"The villa was stunning, decorated with taste and to an excellent standard. Spotlessly clean, towels, shampoo, body wash all provided. The kitchen was fully stocked. The villa had the right amount of privacy. Anastasia was so helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Location was great- we hired quads so could get around the island. We had the most wonderful week in Crete and will be back to stay at this beautiful villa. Thank you again x"
