「Great overall. Parking was limited but available. Room was great and spacious for a family of 5. Selected the licataion because it was close to Knossos site but a little bit removed from the old town center. Great property.」

「The hotel is right on the promenade and the beach. We stayed 2 nights. The room is comfortable and clean,no noise and it's very calm. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem ,there is no lobby,all the space is turned into a restaurant. The breakfast is ok. Parking is on the street if you can find one. We enjoyed our time there.」

「I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a great location on the strip, close to everything. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. My only complaint is that when you pay for half board it doesn't include any drinks or beverages. You have to pay for them. That wasn't made clear in the reservation. I was able to get the 20% off food and beverages expedia discount, but only at the a la carte restaurants. When I requested an...
