「We’ve stayed in a number of five star resorts, but this was one of the best ones! At first we thought it was maybe too big and crowded as we were in peak season, but actually the resort is so vast, with many pools and areas to sunbathe, that it never felt too crowded. The family rooms were a brilliant set up, meaning we could all be together. The entertainment and food was all excellent and varied with themed nights at the restaurant. 「Clean hotel, friendly staff and good quality food, the only complaints I'd have are my shower cubicle handle fell whilst showering, and the room safe and luggage storage are at an extra cost which I found a bit cheeky.」

「We really enjoyed our visit. My husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter for 9 days. Rooms were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. Water park was excellent. 10/10 from all three of us!」

「Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war mir einer großen Auswahl gut. Die Getränke waren etwas enttäuschend, da sogar Säfte aus Sirup und Wasser bestanden. Die Hotelanlage, die Aussicht und die Lage waren wunderschön. Das Hotelzimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Toilettensitz hat sich gelöst, das Schloss hat gehakt und das Badezimmer an sich war etwas dürftig eingerichtet. Der Fitnessraum war super alt mit teils kaputten Geräten. Die Pools waren toll!」

「Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future.」
