「We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was good, and we also really appreciated the many free parking...

「Everyone at the Domes were very kind and helpful. The food and drinks throughout our stay were exceptional. The only areas we think need improvement are in the spa, where deep tissue was actually pretty aromatherapy and the shower in rooms had a few issues. Otherwise a lovely break all round.」

「The suite we stayed in was fantastic. It had two bedrooms and a kitchen and sitting area. It also had two roomy sections of outdoor patio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a nice little bar at the swimming pool.the only thing it could do better was the pool could use some repairs and a good cleaning.」

「We had a lovely week at the Abaton. All the staff were really friendly and helpful particularly when on departure I discovered I had left my straighteners in the room. The staff went above and beyond to locate them…which they did. We did half board which was really handy and the restaurants and food was amazing and in a beautiful setting. The hotel is in a great location and if you don’t fancy the pool there was plenty of beds on the beach. All in all a very restful week and the weather was...

「Clean property, most staff was helpful (Lazaros, Katerina and Manos), needs a bit of TLC. Maybe try changing the breakfast buffet every now and then, long stay guests might find it boring after 2-3 days.」

「Ich würde jedem raten, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu nehmen – einfach unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Hotelanlage sauber. Leider erwähnt kaum jemand, dass der Einstieg ins Meer wegen der vielen Steine nicht besonders bequem ist. Außerdem ist der seitliche Zugang zum privaten Hotelstrand jederzeit auch für fremde Personen möglich. Der Parkplatz ist leider nicht kameraüberwacht, und für Kratzer oder Beulen am Mietwagen fühlt sich niemand verantwortlich.」
