"The property really is as it is shown. It is located far away from the crowdy towns, but close enough to the small, fabulous small villages. But you will need a car to get there.Contact with the owner is very good. Any questions are answered at once.Probably not the best place if you travel with children, but without I can't imagine a better one.Absolute fantastic!"

"Having read all the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay, Villa Imperia didn’t disappoint! The Villa has the most spectacular view in all of Crete, what a way to wake up every morning. A stroll down the (steep) driveway and you’re at Plaka Beach. A lovely flat stone beach with plenty of Sun loungers and a regular cafe service, so you don’t have to move a muscle other than slipping into the beautiful sea. Lunch at the Spinalonga Tavern is essential!! The Villa is a 10 minute drive...

"Beautifully situated with gorgeous views over the town, bay and mountains beyond. The house is modern with lovely furnishings, a wonderful pool and a very well equipped kitchen. Our 3 families had privacy, really great ensuite bathrooms for all 4 bedrooms and a terrific outdoor covered eating space with a bbq and pizza over, both of which we used! Easy reach of supermarkets, the town, restaurants, and important historic sites: Gournia, Spinalonga, and a day trip to Heraklion’s marvellous...

"Notre séjour dans la maison de Giorgos s'est très bien passé.notre hôte nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a dit de nous sentir comme a la maison, ce qui a été le cas. Giorgio n'est pas loin donc il peut venir s'il y a un souci. La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé être entourés d'arbres fruitiers. Cadre somptueux et très bonne ambiance. C était la première visite chez Giorgo mais certainement pas la dernière."
