* Pool heating is available from April 1 to October 31 only, for $100 per night (not needed at all in summer due to high temperatures)

* Guests are required to sign a `Guest Rental Agreement` upon booking.

* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door as required by the city, none are in pool or private areas.

* We have noise monitoring devices. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.

* No Pets, No Parties

* Refrigerator water line is not connected for safety, ice trays are provided
