"Check in is confusing due to practically no staff at check in because you need to do it yourself. I have yet to get a receipt of my check out and I did it as I was told and I was charged more than agreed during my booking. The tower is very old but room was clean. Bathroom was clean but limited towels. The elevator system is so strange that causes people to be sardines together because only one out of the 8 works at a time. The kids area is so nice and eye catching. It just needs to be better...

"I was truly disappointed with this hotel, the hotel is under renovation and the noise is ridiculous. At check-in the gentleman was very short and blunt, not welcoming at all. The room was another disappointment, carpet old and stained, curtains not hung properly. I got motel vibes just being there so I spent less time in my room. This being my very first visit to Las Vegas I would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay."
