"The hotel was feel clean. The room was spacious. The only problem I had is every time I went to the front desk I had keep wait for someone to come back. I am assuming they may be a little short staffed. Almost forgot, the ice machine and vending machine are on the 3rd floor. "

"The Sunset Motel was a great stop over during a two week vacation. I picked the location because of its vicinity to the Pretty Place Chapel. The downtown area provided an opportunity to streak my legs wandering in and out of the unique businesses and great places to eat. Highly recommend."

"We have stayed at Hotel Sylva several times, but this was the first time with the current owners. We love the upgrades made to the rooms - walk in shower, large vanity area beside the.sink, new furniture and in room Keurig. The property is right downtown with shopping, restaurants and bars all an easy walk away. Friday night they had music in the park across the street which was an added bonus. The check in was contactless so we never interacted with the staff face to face, but they responded quickly when I had a question about the room prior to our arrival. "
