Well maintained property. I could be in the breakfast area at 5am reading and getting ready for the day and it was peaceful, clean and appropriately lighted. Great homebase for touring nearby waterfalls and parks or the Brevard historic district.

The hotel was close to downtown Brevard and close to some yummy restaurants (The Stone Bowl is good!). The hotel was clean and breakfast was as expected. We were on the first floor and it was quite noisy...won't do that again, and the a/c was pretty loud as well.
