"I stayed in the dome Deluxe Tent and I was truly amazed at this accommodation! The lakefront view was gorgeous to wake up to. I like that there was a mini fridge and kettle with tea/coffee in the room. Also, the couch was very comfy and I was able to borrow a DVD from the office to watch that evening. There was a lot of parking by the dome and the cooking area was clean with enough dishes and utensils."

"We were overall happy with our stau our only critiques would be the lawns and gardens werent maintained and the listing said it was only 13 ks from taupo but was actually 26ks amd all our planned activities were in taupo itself...other then that we would recommend this property to others "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hatepe. Such a treasure of a place. The bach was also iconic kiwi, great place to unwind, do a puzzle, read a book. Wish I could of stayed longer, highly recommend "

"What a beautiful home with stunning views and so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We lovely the outdoor entertaining area.. was perfect for a special occasion and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only grumbles ... the spa was dirty and had not been heated or balanced PLEASE don't advertise there's is an outdoor spa unless it can be used! I have a hand held cleaner for my spa which cleans it in a couple minutes Also the oven door was broken so the glass kept falling"
